CS540 not working with Cisco 7962 headset port

My client has two CS500 series DECT headsets.

 

In Cisco Phones, there is a HeadSet port in addition to the handset port.

 

If I connect CS540 cable to the headset port, I cannot hear and speak.

I tested with Polycom IP670, headset port is OK.

 

Any hints so that I can help my clients?
