I had purchase a M155 bluetooth headset and i always encounter this 2 problem.
After pairing up with my 2 phones, everything is working fine. But during the night time i off the M155 and on the next day morning, the M155 immediately tells me Phone 1 and 2 connected. But when i answer the calls the M155 doesnt work at all and i have to use the phone itself to answer. Even when i go to accessibility, i choose the incoming calls to headset, it still doesnt work.
When i click the home button twice and scroll all the way to the left, i didnt see the indicator of the small rectangle with a triangle.
I also tried off my blue tooth from both my phone and m155, it failed
The only way to solve is to off and on my phone inorder for it to work. Do i really have to reset my phone everyday in order to connect my bluetooth?
The Voice command to answer or reject doesnt seems to work effectively even though i am in a quiet place.
Try deleting the headset out of the phone and do a hard reboot of the phone and once the phone reboots try pairing the headset back up again to see if this resolves your issue. If it doesn't, do you by chance have another cellphone you can try the headset with to see if the issue follows the headset or the phone? For the answer/ignore feature, I realize that you are in a quiet spot when you say answer, but make sure that when you say answer, maybe try saying it slowly and clearly and see if that works for you. If you are still having a problem, see if you can return it to the store where it was purchased for another one.
