I am very satisfied of the the product but i got a problem after 3 days of using. The headset volume is not balanced anymore : the left side volume level is higher than the right side. Normally not an issue because you can just change de balance to (25% - 75% ) and the problem is solved on a computer. But i don't want to do that on every computer i pass by and i can't change de balance on my mp3 player. For quality/price the product is very satisfying but if this problem can not be solved I think i have to get it back to future shop ;(  . So is there a way to balance it back ?

When you changed the balance in the computer, did you hit APPLY and then OK?  Did you also try rebooting the computer to see if that makes a difference?  Were you able to adjust the balance on the headset when you first received it or has this been happening since you got the headset?  Most of the time if you apply and ok the change, it should remain set for you.  If this is not happening, you may want to try and return it and get another one.

I have been using this headset for a few months with no problems until today, my left ear piece outputs about 30% more volume than my right earpiece. I tried resetting the computer but no luck. I have enjoyed this headset thus far, it would suck to have to get a new set

I have the same exact problem. I bought my headset in september, but recently the volume chaotically shifted. The left headphone's volume has plummeted, as has the quality it puts out. I have to balance the headset to have the right ear at around 25% just to match the volume of the left, and the left earphone now sounds like it's being played through an old radio.

The only thing I can recommend is that you package your headset up and include your return address, phone number and a copy of your receipt (if you have one) and send to:
