Hello all I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop with a Dell 355 truemobile internal bluetooth card. I recently downgraded from Vista Home Premium SP2 to XP SP3 due to memory issues. When I had Vista I used an "Anycom bluetooth driver ver. 6.0.1.4400" and as soon as I turned on my headset on, if I had Windows Media Player open, the headset would automatically start up in stereo headset mode. Now that Ive downgraded back to XP I'm using "Dell's bluetooth software ver. 5.1.0.3400". My problem is, no matter if Im using winamp, media player or whatever to listen to MP3's, as soon as I turn the headset on, it automatically goes into "skype mode" (as if I wanted to use the microphone) as well as "stereo headset mode". In order for me to listen to my MP3's, I have to go into the bluetooth profiles and disconnect from both "skype mode" (aka headset mode) and "stereo headset mode", then reconnect/reselect "stereo headset mode" My question is there anyway to make it automatically go into stereo headset mode after switching it on in XP?? Any help is greatly appreciated
