Sound Loss with Audio .995

I have had my headset for a few months now, maybe 4 months. I have been using it alot and it has been working fine up untill last week were it has been suffering from distorted audio and random disconnects. The worst of the problems is the distorted audio, its driving me insane! It usually only does this when i go out of range, but im with 5m of the computer or closer and it still happens, there are no walls interfering and it was working perfectly untill last week. Any idea what is wrong with it?

Did anything change in your environment? Do you have WiFi or a lot of wireless devices in the area? Did you try re-charging the headset to see if that made a difference? If your answer is no then you might want to get your headset replaced. If you would like, please package it up and include your return address, phone number and a copy of your receipt and send to:
