Voyager Pro - Battery problems

I love my Pro but I can only get 2 hours talk time out of it.

 

I full charge it all the time but only get 2 blinks on my battery chk.

 

I don't think my battery is up to snuff?

If this is a new headset, you may want to return it to the store where it was purchased for another one.  If you can't return to the store where it was purchased, Plantronics can replace it.  If you would like, package the headset up and include your return address, phone number and a copy of the receipt and send to:

Seems to be a theme here. I'm on my first replacement due to not charging. Been running the new one for one month; it will only last part of a day and never indicates a full charge. Never one flash - two right off the charger.

I recieved a new unit and the battery problem seems ok now. Long life and the lights now show full charge  - one flash.

 

Kudos to getting me a new unit fast
