Audio 655 Skype issue

Hello,

I just bought and .Audio 655 mainly for skype but it does not perform as I want it to; when I make a recording using Windows recoder my voice is crystal clear, but when I do skype's test call the voice quality is something completly different as if I use another headset, also when I spoke with my girlfriend over skype she said that my voice was not clear compared to the logitech clearchat pro for which I bought the audio 655 to replace ????????

Unfortunately it does sound like the headset is working through your sound recorder, which means the headset isn't defective. Make sure in Skype that you have selected the headset as your default device and that your microphone is positioned properly. The other thing is did you go into the audio settings within Skype and test the microphone? Did you play around with the volume control? Most likely it is a setting that needs to be adjusted.
