Ok so i bought the PLANTRONICS GameCom 367 Closed-ear 3.5mm Circumaural Stereo Headset about a month ago and for a while it seemed great, but know that it is about a month old some stuff has gone wrong with it and has caused me a bit of trouble. First of I would like to know if anyone else has the problem of their cord twisting around it self, and also why my mic on the side of the headset likes to go in and out.

I have taken very good care of the headset so i know it is not my fault that it is out. If possible i would like it if someone could maybe tell me if they have had similar problems and how/if they fixed it becuase if not i want to return it as soon as possible.

It sound like the product is defective.  I think it would be best if you returned it to our Service Center for replacement.
